DISCLAIMER - I'm trained as a somatic therapist and coach, although I am not a registered psychologist or counsellor.

I do work with people that have a lived experience of trauma, however if you are working on a complex trauma I can't be your primary practitioner, in this case I suggest you seeing a trauma specialist, SE - Somatic Experiencing practitioner or a psychotherapist.

PAYMENT

 

• To make a booking for a session, payment must be made via debit or credit card.

1:1 ONLINE SESSIONS

​

• This sessions must be booked 24h before the session. 

• If you would like to book a last-minute session on the same day, please contact me via phone or email, to confirm timing and availability

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION

 

• Any cancellation needs to be made 24 hours before the Session. If you don’t cancel on time, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment 

• You can reschedule an appointment at any time, provided you give 24 hours’ notice.
